Gabrielle Grace plays at Phil’s House

Back in June I had the privilege of meeting and hosting a new friend named Gabrielle Grace.  Leading up to the show, I started listening to her last release “We’ll Be Alright” and was blown away by her songwriting and voice. I immediately connected to her song “Intruder, Intruder,” and when she told the meaning behind it at the show I knew why. As someone who has dealt with a lot of anxiety and depression, I understand how those things can come in to intrude my thoughts. Appreciated her honesty with that song and how it spoke to me.

Last week, Gabrielle announced that she was starting a Kickstarter campaign to fund a new project, and I was on first thing the day it started to make my pledge. I’m really excited to hear what she’s been working on and to get the awesome perks that she has setup for the support she receives. If you’re unfamiliar with Kickstarter, it’s a way to get their projects funded while they give back to their fans in the process. It’s a win/win scenario. There is a caveat, however; Gabrielle has to meet all of her goal to get the funds. She’s currently on her way to meeting her goal, but she definitely needs our help. Rewards start at as little as $15, but there are a lot of fun perks as the amounts climb higher. I have no doubt that this is going to be an amazing album that you’ll want to be a part of. Anyone that was at the show in June would tell you how much they enjoyed her music that night. I’m including the link to campaign below. It’s always amazing to support independent artists!
